New to Retrode- Considering Purchase

Hello,

I head about the retrode before and I thought it was a pretty cool gadget, It was not a purchase for me until I read on the Manual that you can modify the Save files on your snes cart SRAM.

If that is possible, would it be possible to modify your ROM files if a Flash memory is used?

This is for development purposes!
