Android seeing Retrode as "Damaged SDCard" S4

The Retrode is detected by android & works as it should on an TF300T, but on the S4, in the notification bar, it says damaged sdcard. Its detected by MD.EMU and you can put the button configuration in but the memory cant be read properly. (no RETRODE.CFG or CART CONTENT)

Any help would be great.
