Trouble loading SNES Donkey Kong Country and Star Wars?

Hello,

I'm having trouble loading Donkey Kong Country and Super Star Wars from the retrode to my computer. Has anyone had this issue? I when I tried to load Donkey Kong on to the emulator i get a "bad RoM" error. I can't even get retrode to recognize Super Star Wars. I tried looking online and saw the list of compatible games and they both seemed to be on there, but I thought I'd ask around anyways.... Thanks

Have you tried cleaning your cartridge?

Yea, I did. But it didn't help

Have you tried any other games on the working list?  Perhaps it's a bad unit?  And can you confirm that the games work on a regular SNES?
