Progress on a NES plugin?

Nothing excites me more than the prospect of a NES plugin! It's been almost a year since Wannado got his prototype working. Does anyone know the current status of the NES plugin? Is it still coming? Close to being done?

I'm slowly making progress on the NES plugin, and I'm occassionally updating the original post in the respective thread with the current status (I did so last week).
