Title: Order confirmation and shipping notice? - resolved

Hi,

I placed a order on 16th February, paying by PayPal immediately as part of the checkout process.

Should I expect a confirmation of my order other than the PayPal receipt?

And will there be a shipping notification?

afair its just the paypal notice, but matthias is usually good about making sure things go out. which site did you order from ?

retrode.com or one of the resellers ?

Went out yesterday (I hadn't been aware of the German holiday on Monday); should take 4-6 working days to the US.

Thanks for the update. I would advise issuing order updates by email as that is what people expect.

Also, I'm in the UK so hopefully it should be quicker than to the US.

It's on my agenda. I just haven't found the time to program an automated mailing system yet.

My Retrode arrived yesterday, thanks for the prompt service. The packaging is very good by the way.
