Mega Drive games not dumping correctly

Update: Not sure what fixed it, but it seems to be working again. Don't know if using the Beta2 Firmware, I wasn't inserting the carts properly or a good old fashioned blow in the cart/slot but it seems fine now.

I managed to dump Phantasy Star III, IV and Sonic & Knuckles successfully a couple of days ago. Went to backup some more Mega Drive games today and tried loading them in GENS but they are getting stuck on a black screen.

I've tried re-dump Sonic & Knuckles and it isn't working even though it did previously.

Volt switch is set to 5V. I updated the firmware to .18d then downgraded to test if it was the firmware to .18c.

The working .bin is named Sonic&Knuckles.DFB3.bin while the broken one is named Sonic&Knuckles1111DFB3.bin for some reason. File sizes are the same.

I can provide the working .bin and non working .bin files if needed.

Maybe you cleaned the carts in between? That fixes things in about 99% of all situations.

Possibly. Got a bit confused when S&K stopped working when it had previously. Must have got some dirt in the Retrode or something.
