Retrode + Amazon Fire TV

I installed some emulators on my Amazon Fire TV but they can't seem to be able to find the cartridge plugged in to the Retrode. I can use my SNES controller just fine so the Fire TV definitely can see the Retrode.

Has anyone gotten the Retrode to work with the Fire TV?

Does it work with regular USB flash drives with ROMs on them?

Just tested it and it doesn't read the USB stick. Done a quick Google and found out it doesn't support USB storage devices so I guess that answers that.

Can play the ROMS from the internal storage but looks like you won't be able to play the game direct from the cart until Amazon opens the USB port.
