Sales tax in the Retrode Store?

Hi, do you guys know why the Retrode costs 64.90€ both for international and EU orders, when for the later there's supposed to be a 19% VAT applied?

To me it does look like even us buyers outside of the EU get charged the EU VAT. Even though in the international order page they say "Prices do not include sales tax".

I don't want to come off as a cheapo, but considering it's likely I'll have to pay the consumption tax here and whatever customs necessary once it gets to Japan, I thought I'd check before ordering. (Great product, now that the Master System and Game boy adapters are almost out, I don't have any excuses left!)

No sales tax, just different prices :-)
