Unsupported RAM size 06? & other oddities.

Hey, so, I just got my Retrode.  American Pokémon Crystal shows up with a filename of Pppprrrraaaayyy.gb and shows an error of, "Unsupported RAM size 06," when I load it up in Visual Boy Advance.  American Pokémon Ruby has a file name of RojenonRuby.BXVE.gba and shows an error of, "Unsupported ARM mod 00."  Japanese Pokémon Yellow has a filename of Kkkknnnnllllooo.gb (although I think it had a different weird filename before,) and has an error message of, "Unsupported rom size 33."

I feel like I'm missing something simple.  Anyone know what's going on?

There's a switch on the inside of the Retrode 2 (only the 2) near the USB port. You should be able to switch it with your finger or something else thin through the SNES slot.

Yeah, I don't see a switch...

EDIT: I just checked, it's a Retrode 2, let me see if I can find the switch again...

EDIT 2: I found the volt switch, but it's not really making a difference...

Are your carts clean and are you using the most recent firmware? I'm thinking that dirty carts are to blame. .18d is the most recent firmware and can be found at the top of the config file.

This does sound like a filthy cartridge. These carts are easy to clean.
What I do is using only a video game cleaning solution (2-Butoxethanol) and a small foam disk like those that are found in packs if blank dvd's (they keep the media from shifting around) any ways squirt 2-3 drops of this solution on to a non-abrasive applicator and scrub the contacts of the cartridge.
If you don't open the gamepack to clean the contacts be sure to allow the cartridge to dry before attempting to power it on.

Keep in mind these are multiple cartridges that work perfectly fine on a Gameboy Advance SP.

They can't all be dirty, right?

EDIT: Tried upgrading the firmware & testing it with Super Mario Land & Pokemon Green.

Still nothing.

As you can see, Pokemon Ruby's name was changed to NRubybxve21.8MB.gba.

I'm not sure Pokemon Blue uploaded correctly, sorry.

Also, sorry that I forgot to zip it, was sending you a link to the folder on my Bitcasa good enough?
