Hello all,

I am new to retrode, long time console gamer though, and love that the retrode brings my carts to my PC. Right now I have only tried the Plug-in 64, but will try my SNES carts soon (when I liberate them from my parent's house).

Anyway, my question is this:

My retrode seems to have variable connectivity. The usb port on the retrode itself seems to be very loose, and often it disconnects when it comes loose. This happens even with a slight bump to the retrode. I was wondering if this was a common problem, or if I should contact the third party seller to swap it for a different unit.

Thanks,
SuperSquril

Thanks, that worked quite well. I just realized that I was a bit daft, and cut 1 mm from each of the 4 sides, instead of as shown in the picture, but it still works much better than it did before (mostly because the cable now fits all the way inside the opening allowed by the retrode.

Anyway, cheers for the swift answer.
