The .EEP save works.

There is a single save in slot 1:
Gabriel
M Age 19 Red 0410 Yellow 22
00 day 06 hrs 51 min 46 sec

You probably need to rename the file.  "MISCHIEF MAKERS.eep" in the Save folder works.

My N64 RAM file worked after I changed the name.
Thanks and kudos again skaman!!

I will now match the N46 RAM file name to the name Project64 needs.
I have some completed saves on the computer already, so this means more work. meh.

I'm super glad, however, I can finally backup my N64 games. (especially my Super Smash Bros records)
Earlier, I had to use my Adaptoid to import saves. I'm not sure if I used it with an emulator.

Thanks and Kudos!!

Thanks to this Awesome community and skaman!!
The new 0.23e BETA FW for the Retrode2 fixed all of my issues!!
I can now save my ROM+RAM files from my SNES, GEN, GB, GBC and N64 carts and use them in my emulators.
I can now also write RAM files to my carts if needed.

This was great for completing my emulator saves.
Some games I beat on actual Hardware and I didn't beat on the emulator yet. This saved me lots of time.
If my carts are stolen or lost, I can just buy new carts and load the saves :)
TOTALLY virtual on PC now :)

Things I learned:

1.) Make sure to use the right voltage switch.
3v = N64 + GBA games
5v = SNES, GEN, GB, GBC games

2.) Project 64 uses specific names for N64 saves.
Match your save files names to the ones Project64 needs.

3.) Some of the N64 games need to be save swapped by using a program.
My games I save swapped were LOZ Ocarina of Time, LOZ Majora's Mask, and Jet Force Gemini.

I upgraded my RETRODE2 firmware to 0.23e BETA successfully.
I am able to see the N64 ROM and RAM files now while using 3v.

Project64 will not read the RAM files that the Retrode2 generates. Not sure why.
I looked at the RAM file in Hxd and it looked ok (no FF's or 00's)
The N64 cart reads fine on actual hardware.

I uploaded the RAM file from Mischief Makers for troubleshooting.
Please advise.

I think they need to be byte-swapped.

EDIT: Never mind, I missed page 2.

I have been testing GBA Titles with the Retrode2.
It will only see the ROM file.

Retrode FW = .24a-beta
Retrode Switch = 3v

Here's the GBA games I tested so far:
Sonic The Hedgehog Genesis
Super Mario Advance 2 SMW
Legend of Zelda LTTP + Four Swords
Donkey Kong Country
Donkey Kong Country 2
Donkey Kong Country 3

Is GBA support still limited to ROM only?
I understand headers lack enough information for Retrode to reliably detect needed cart information (including save information. Some emulators would scan the ROM for certain text strings to determine save type, but at least one game developer used that to fool such emulators as an anti-piracy measure).

In reading them I had to force the size to the maximum 32MB.
(well, 32 was the maximum for actual games. I know there was a 64MB cart with a mapper made but it was only used by a couple of those GBA Video carts so there is very low interest in it.)
