Order confirmation and shipping notice? - resolved

Hi,

I placed a order on 16th February, paying by PayPal immediately as part of the checkout process.

Should I expect a confirmation of my order other than the PayPal receipt?

And will there be a shipping notification?

afair its just the paypal notice, but matthias is usually good about making sure things go out. which site did you order from ?

Went out yesterday (I hadn't been aware of the German holiday on Monday); should take 4-6 working days to the US.

Thanks for the update. I would advise issuing order updates by email as that is what people expect.

Also, I'm in the UK so hopefully it should be quicker than to the US.
